Speaking of Feeling Small...

Friday was an eventful day. I received a call around 11:30 that little mama was in labor. I started finishing up my errands so that I would be free for the weekend, then began my long and arduous climb up to Murrieta. Now, normally this drive takes about 35 minutes. That day, it took at least an hour and a half! I was not a happy grandma. By the time I arrived, I felt like I had literally CLIMBED there on my hands and knees. Of course, when I arrived, baby was already here! Yes, amazingly enough, there are people who go into the hospital at 11:00 a.m. and deliver by 3:30 p.m. And yes, she was a month early. Weighed in at four pounds, twelve ounces. Tiny, tiny dancer. Hmmm... wish I could post a picture!

Congratulations on your new grandchild Teri. I think it's possible to link from blogger to a flickr account and you can generally post about 8 - 11 photos for free each month on a free flickr account. If you want to upload more photos than that, you pay for a Pro account, which is cheap as chips so far :)

Yeah, I'll get some pics up at some point. I usually just post them at my other site, where pics are easier, but I don't like writing there because it blocks my fucking cusswords! :)

So to visit pics, go to

Although there are plenty of pics there, none of the new baby yet. But will be soon!
